How account deletion works
Use this page to request deletion of your Renma account-linked cloud data. We may ask for verification before processing the request.
- This request is intended for account-linked cloud data such as sync data, notification registrations, and account identifiers.
- Some payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or legal records may be retained when required.
- Local data stored only on your device is not erased remotely.
